"Imitation" chocolate
This is the second post in a row with chocolate in the title.
Here is a link to an article reporting on US chocolate manufacturers that want to skimp on the chocolate making process by substituting cocoa butter with vegetable oil. I don't think I would be a fan.

Yes, I just read that article about chocolate cravings in the paper yesterday. The only question is do the gut fauna cause cravings or are they are result of the food being ingested?
