Chopstick Challege
At the beginning of the season, another staff member invited me to participate in the Chopstick Challenge with her, and I willingly agreed because I thought it might make life more interesting.
It's pretty simple, but I'll explain. It isn't a competition, just a personal challenge to see if I can eat all my meals in the dining hall throughout the season with a pair of chopsticks. Starting a few weeks ago, I started getting tired of all the kids asking me why I was eating with chopsticks, so I had a bit of fun and started making up reasons like I was allergic to stainless steel. But I still wasn't satisfied, so I decided to make last week a left-handed chopstick week. That definitely spiced the meals up a bit: it became so much more difficult to eat. Cereal was the worst, but I think I'm going to try again this week.
Best of all, I think I've found a new solution to obesity in America: the wrong-handed chopstick diet.

But I don't think YOU need to lose any weight on the chopstick diet.
